Now, let’s bring that delightful taste home and make it even better. Starbucks just unveiled their holiday lineup, and one standout is THE SUGAR COOKIE LATTE! Now, we’ll whip up our own version at home, and trust me, it’s going to be fantastic. You can enjoy it hot or cold, and either way, it’s absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
  

**Sugar Cookie Syrup:**

  • 4 ounces white chocolate a little over 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

**Other:**

  • Espresso shots
  • Ice optional for cold drinks
  • Almond milk or oat milk
  • Green and red sprinkles

**Making the Sugar Cookie Syrup:**

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate and half and half. Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds.
  • Stir well. If the chocolate isn’t fully melted, microwave again at 50% power for 15 seconds. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, almond extract, and vanilla extract to the melted mixture. Stir until smooth and creamy.

**Making the Drink:**

  • Prepare your espresso shots. If you don’t have an espresso machine, any coffee you enjoy will work fine.
  • If you prefer your drink hot, leave it as is. For a cold version, add ice.
  • To make a shaken espresso, shake it with ice. To turn it into a latte, add almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk.
  • Add the sugar cookie syrup to your taste preference. Give it a good mix, and voila! Enjoy your homemade Sugar Cookie Latte!
