Pizza Hawaiian Rolls

  • Hawaiian Rolls


  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Pepperoni

**Garlic Butter:**

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


  • Marinara sauce for dipping


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.

**Make the Garlic Butter:**

  • Combine melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.

**Assemble the Rolls:**

  • Make two cuts just two-thirds of the way down each roll.
  • Place the cut rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Add two pieces of pepperoni and a bit of mozzarella to each cut.
  • Brush the bottom of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture, and then brush the top of the rolls.


  • Put the rolls in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
  • Optionally, brush them with garlic butter again when they come out of the oven.
  • **Enjoy warm with marinara sauce for dipping!**
