Ingredients
Hawaiian Rolls
**Filling:**
Shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni
**Garlic Butter:**
1/2
cup
unsalted butter
melted
2
tablespoons
finely chopped parsley
1
tablespoon
finely minced garlic

tablespoons
grated parmesan
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
dried oregano
**Other:**
Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
**Make the Garlic Butter:**
Combine melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
**Assemble the Rolls:**
Make two cuts just two-thirds of the way down each roll.
Place the cut rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Add two pieces of pepperoni and a bit of mozzarella to each cut.
Brush the bottom of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture, and then brush the top of the rolls.
**Bake:**
Put the rolls in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges.
Optionally, brush them with garlic butter again when they come out of the oven.
**Enjoy warm with marinara sauce for dipping!**
