Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup butter equivalent to 150 grams
  • 4.2 ounces dark chocolate about 120 grams
  • 3/4 cup sugar 150 grams
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour 60 grams
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 40 grams
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips 50 grams

FOR THE COATING:

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips 200 grams
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds 40 grams

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until it’s a smooth blend.
  • Add the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Introduce the flour and cocoa, stirring until well-mixed.
  • Toss in the chocolate chips and give it a good stir.
  • Bake the batter in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 350°F. After baking, let it cool before slicing into squares.
  • Take each square and dip it into a combination of melted milk chocolate and crushed almonds. Allow them to cool, and you’re ready to enjoy these heavenly bites!
