Want to make mornings brighter? Try whipping up some Breakfast Sliders! Imagine fluffy eggs, crispy beef bacon, and spicy chipotle aioli hugged by soft Hawaiian buns. It’s breakfast perfection!

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

For the Chipotle Sauce:

  • 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of adobo paste

For Assembly:

  • 1 package of Hawaiian Rolls 12 rolls
  • 10 ounces of beef bacon
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 8 to 10 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados thinly sliced


  • Mix together melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano for the garlic butter. Set aside.
  • For the chipotle sauce, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, honey, black pepper, chili powder, and adobo chipotle paste. Set aside once smooth.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cook eggs low and slow in butter until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry bacon until crispy, adding brown sugar for extra flavor if desired.
  • Split rolls and brush with garlic butter. Bake until toasted.
  • Assemble sliders with chipotle sauce, avocado, eggs, and bacon.
  • Slice and enjoy your delicious breakfast sliders!
