Banana Bread Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond milk, mashed bananas, maple syrup, brown sugar, coconut oil, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt using a rubber spatula.
  • Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper and pour the oat mixture into it. Sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until it’s fully set in the center and has crispy edges. Be careful not to overbake.
  • Once out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes, then slice it into individual servings and enjoy it warm!
