**Garlic Butter:**

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Set it aside.
  • Halve each bagel and cut out a larger hole in the middle of each one.
  • Brush the bottom of each bagel half with the garlic butter.

  • Place beef bacon to cover the bottom of each well completely.
  • Crack an egg on top of each hole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
