Chocolate Blueberry Bark

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 pint blueberries washed and dried
  • Flaky salt


  • In a bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  • Microwave the mixture in 2, 30-second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. If you prefer, you can melt the chocolate on the stove using the double boiler method.
  • Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and coat them evenly.
  • Spread the chocolate-coated blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt over the top.
  • Freeze the blueberries for at least one hour until they’re firm.
  • Once frozen, break the blueberries into smaller pieces.
  • Store the pieces in a covered container in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them!
