Here’s a simple snack idea that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings! Once you freeze it, just break it into smaller pieces and enjoy. You can store any extras in the freezer, and they’ll stay good for a few weeks!

Chocolate Blueberry Bark

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 pint blueberries washed and dried
  • Flaky salt


  • In a bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  • Microwave the mixture in 2, 30-second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. If you prefer, you can melt the chocolate on the stove using the double boiler method.
  • Add the blueberries to the melted chocolate and coat them evenly.
  • Spread the chocolate-coated blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt over the top.
  • Freeze the blueberries for at least one hour until they’re firm.
  • Once frozen, break the blueberries into smaller pieces.
  • Store the pieces in a covered container in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them!
