  • – 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar 100 g
  • – 1/2 cup granulated sugar 100 g
  • – 2 eggs
  • – 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 180 g
  • – 1 1/4 cups cake flour 160 g
  • – 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • – 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • – 1 teaspoon salt
  • – 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut flakes 160 g
  • – 2 cups chocolate chips 12 oz
  • – 1/2 cup caramel or toffee bits 75 g
