  • 4.2 ounces dark chocolate (about 120 grams)
  • 3/4 cup sugar (150 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour (60 grams)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40 grams)
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (50 grams)

FOR THE COATING:

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips (200 grams)
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds (40 grams)


Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until it’s a smooth blend.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Introduce the flour and cocoa, stirring until well-mixed.
