Ingredients

**Garlic Butter:**

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

**Buffalo Dip:**

  • 12 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 whole green bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions or diced red onions

**For Assembly:**

  • 1 large round loaf of bread
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

**Making the Garlic Butter:**

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with parsley, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano.

**Making the Buffalo Dip:**

  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, diced green bell pepper, and sliced green onions or diced red onions. Set aside.

**Assembling and Baking:**

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place the loaf of bread on the tray and cut out a large hole in the center, removing any excess bread to create a bread bowl.
  • Cut little sections around the edge of the bread, brushing each section and the outside of the bread with the garlic butter.
  • Fill the center of the bread with the prepared buffalo chicken dip and sprinkle a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden. If the bread is browning too quickly, cover it with foil.
  • Optionally, broil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to melt and crisp the cheese.
  • Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on top, garnished with green onions. Enjoy the deliciousness!
