Description

This Frozen Yogurt Bark is an easy chilled treat made with creamy yogurt, sweet fruit, and crunchy nuts. It comes together fast, freezes beautifully, and makes a light snack or dessert you can keep on hand all week.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey or sweetener of choice, optional but recommended
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Nuts of choice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread the yogurt mixture into an even layer. For thicker bark, keep the layer a little more substantial.
  3. Sprinkle the strawberries, blueberries, and nuts evenly over the top.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Remove from the freezer, cut or break into pieces, and store in a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 1 week.
