- 1 cup apple cider
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil I use safflower
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
topping
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
