- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/4 c. grated carrots
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans (plus more for garnish)
FOR THE FROSTING
- 8 oz. block cream cheese (softened)
- 1 c. butter (softened)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Instructions
